Since 1955 the Fratelli Rossi food company has been the first and the leading supplier of the delicatessen counter of the most important supermarket chain of the North-West of Italy, and during the last 20 years has exploited its wealth of experience and knowledge of the sector in order to become an important supplier of some of the main Large Distribution chains at national level.

Commitment to compliance with behavioural hygienic regulations by the operators, use of only genuine ingredients and implementation of good operating practices are the guarantees of the quality of our products. In 2016 we obtained IFS approval (International Food Standard, a unified quality and safety control system applied to all the stages of food production), which certifies the quality standards achieved by our company.
